We have all worked in a group or team at some point in our careers. A \u00a0team is brought together to achieve a common goal. The team needs to \u00a0have members who have complementary skills and who are committed to a \u00a0common purpose to achieve performance goals. However, teams don\u2019t move \u00a0immediately toward performing, but instead evolve over time. There are \u00a0five stages of group and team development.<\/p>\n
