Ethics is part of the daily routine in the OR, discuss how they come in to play, give one example that you found in your research of an ethical dilemma. Ethics also sometimes can cause conflict as we don’t always see eye to eye with our co-workers. Discuss the best way to deal with the conflict that can come with these sometimes controversial issues.
