Introduction

In this activity you will be working with data from REAL cancer cases. For each patient, you’ll be provided with the genes that are contributing to their specific cancer. You’ll be asked to analyze this data in several different ways that will reveal the similarities, differences, and trends within cancer patients. It has been this sort of analysis that has change our approach to treating cancer, finally allowing us to turn the tide on this deadly condition.
