Private Health Information Compromised

In the lecture for the week, some possible negative implications of having your personal health information (PHI) compromised were discussed. In this two page APA formatted research paper, examine the recourses available should someone gain unauthorized access to PHI, and explore the steps in the process that should occur for reporting. Also in the paper, discuss what possible implications are involved for the organization that experienced the breach. Be sure to cite your references appropriately.
