The job involves traveling approximately two weeks out of every month. Erica’s children are in many different school and social activities and her husband, Darin, works a full-time job.
Erica has two weeks to make her decision about taking the promotion. Using the biopsychosocial model, how might Erica demonstrate adaptive behaviors in the next two weeks while she is making her decision?
