1. Restaurant Project: This assignment requires you to write down everything you eat and drink at TWO of your favorite restaurants. Then visit the restaurant website and research the nutritional value of the meal you regularly eat at each restaurant. Place the information in a table.
2. In a paragraph form, discuss the meals you regularly consume, compare the nutritional values (carb, fat, protein, sodium) and what changes would you make to ensure the meals eaten are healthier and lastly, what did you learn. If you feel you do not need to make changes please state so and why. 20 points
