If a provider is currently providing these services, chances are they are already collecting the information needed to meet the specific requirements set forth by the incentive program. Visit the Quality Program Site https://qpp.cms.gov/ and select the merit based or alternate payment program. Select one of the quality measure or incentives available. Write a short summary (400 words,) of the program that you selected.
