Goal: Create a personalized nursing introduction to share with the class during the first class session.

Instructions:

1. Place your name in the center of a blank sheet of paper.

2. On the same side as your name, place 1-3 images that represent you as an individual and 1-3 images of why you chose to pursue nursing (think about what influenced you).

3. On the back of the paper, place 2-4 images of events (historical, social, political and economic) that have shaped nursing into what it is today (this is based upon your perception of nursing).
