For this assignment, again using one or both of the two free legal search engines, Freelaw and the Legal Information Institute, conduct a search query for the following terms:

• Search and seizure
• Collateral estoppel
• Eminent Domain
• Re-zoning and Euclidean Zoning

List at least five cases from the results of each of the above terms.

Submit an essay that adheres to the following guidelines:
