14. Therefore it is required that a good practices at work place should be followed so that task can be accomplished in harmony .

Workplace ethics provide emotional security because employees can go to work knowing other workers won’t harass them, their supervisors will respect both them and their work and their co-workers will reap disciplinary measures if they steal supplies or equipment or falsify company records, according to the Global Ethics University.
