As we talk earlier we are going to do 30 minutes fitness routine for adults. But now I noticed that it’s a group project. My group have 4 other people. And they decided to separate into 5 parts: Warm Up, Aerobic, Muscular Strength/Endurance, Flexibility or Functional Fitness, Cool Down.
And so we are doing 6 mintues Muscular Strength/Endurance only, yeah!
