Over the years we have heard horrendous stories about children that have been abducted. Some are murdered and others may eventually return home, but their lives are forever changed.

Discuss how effective, or not, registration laws have been in preventing abduction by sexual predators?

Argue:  Should the rights of possible victims take precedence over the privacy of convicted sex offenders?
