Assignment Procedures:

1. Select one (1) in-person yoga class and one (1) counseling session with a licensed professional or spiritual leader.

2. Write a 3-5 pages experiential paper about the selected group with APA formatted citations as necessary. All papers in this course should follow APA format from cover sheet and body of the text to the appendix, as necessary.

3. Prior to attending, contact the licensed professional or spiritual leader and inform them you are a graduate student in the counseling program at Amberton University and would like to attend a session to learn more about the counseling process and fulfill a course requirement
