Communication of Strategic Plans

B1a.  The question is how should this communication be carried out to be sure that it is reaching all of the stakeholders?  This is an especially important questions today as more and more organizations are operating globally with a workforce that is geographically more diverse.

The question is how can an organization be sure that the entire organization understands and interprets the plan the same way, especially when there are changes?  What kinds of tools might be used in collecting this type of feedback?
